William C. Shrader is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable attorneys of Shrader & Associates L.L.P. Since his graduation from Southern Methodist University School of Law he has led a distinguished career covering a variety of complex legal matters.
Following his service as a Special Agent, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Mr. Shrader joined the Redman Development Corporation, a prominent New York Stock Exchange corporation, and was primarily responsible for the company’s multi-family development activities in the Southeast and Southwestern parts of the United States.
Strides In The Legal Realm
Mr. Shrader later became General Counsel of Jetero Corporation which during the time, was the largest developer of multi-family housing in the U.S. He was primarily responsible for all legal affairs of the company, including financing, land acquisition, syndication, construction, development, SEC, and other governmental compliance matters.
In 1975 Mr. Shrader entered private law practice in Houston, Texas. During this time he focused on commercial real estate law, complex business matters, and structured finance transactions.

Mr. Shrader is a founding partner of Shrader & Associates, L.L.P. He started the firm with his son, as both had an interest in helping clients victimized by exposure to harmful substances like asbestos and benzene. Together they built on firm capable of representing clients across the U.S. Shrader & Associates L.L.P. now boasts a team of knowledgeable and aggressive attorneys.
