William Shrader

William C. Shrader is a founding partner of Shrader & Associates, LLC. He focuses his practice on cases involving mesothelioma, asbestos exposure, and toxic exposure. He is licensed to practice in Texas, and has been practicing law since 1969. After a lengthy career acquiring experience across a variety of legal specializations, he partnered with his son to found their own practice dedicated to representing those harmed by substances like asbestos and benzene.

William attended Texas Tech University, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1966. He then attended Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law, attaining his law degree in 1969. After law school, William began his illustrative career by serving as a special agent at the Federal Bureau of Investigation. From there, he joined the Redman Development Corporation, a prominent New York Stock Exchange company, where he assisted with their multi-family development activities in the southeastern and southwestern parts of the United States. He would then become the General Counsel of the Jetero Corporation, which was, at the time, the largest developer of multi-family housing in the United States. From here, he entered his private law practice, primarily focusing on commercial real-estate law and other complex commercial law matters. His extensive experience tackling a wide spectrum of legal cases provided him with the versatility and adaptability that serves him and his clients to this day.

After a reputable career building his impressive skillset, William wanted to settle into a practice that would enable him to directly help the members of his community. He wanted his work to have a positive impact on the world around him, especially the people most in need. With this vision, he partnered with his son to establish what is now one of the most renowned mesothelioma law firms in the country.
