Luke is licensed to practice in Texas. He graduated summa cum laude from St. Gregory’s University in 2013, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. He then attended the University of Houston, where he received the Andy Thigpen Memorial Advocacy Scholarship and graduated with his law degree in 2017. While in law school, Luke was already preparing to be a fierce litigator. He served as the President of the Public Interest Law Organization and was the Chief Student Representative for the UHLC Honor Court. Now, he continues a trend of active participation in the legal community through his membership with the Houston Young Lawyers Association.
