Sarah Wedgeworth Attorney

Sarah Wedgeworth has been an attorney at Shrader & Associates since 2018. She focuses her practice on mass torts, defective devices, toxic exposure, asbestos exposure, and mesothelioma. Her career has long been dedicated to advocating for those who have been wronged, ensuring that they receive proper compensation. Sarah knows that it is a privilege to be trusted with the cases of those in need. She is devoted to making a difference in the lives of those she represents and her success is something she takes great fulfilment in.

Sarah is licensed to practice in Texas. She attended the University of Texas in San Antonio and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. As a track & field and cross-country scholarship recipient, she knows what it means to work hard. She split her time between her athletic endeavors and her academic endeavors, receiving honors for both throughout her time at university. Along with her incredible work ethic, Sarah’s desire to have a positive impact on her community can also be seen in her undergraduate career. In between her obligations she found time to volunteer with Rowdy Reader, where she mentored and tutored elementary students. She then went on to study at South Texas College of Law Houston, graduating with her law degree in 2018.

Her legal acumen can also be seen throughout her time in law school. She competed as an oral advocate for the school’s advocacy program. Through this program, she saw great success. In one of many notable instances, she and her team competed in the Rending National Products Liability Moot Court Competition, where they received the Best Brief award and first place overall. She would also go on to receive the Dean’s Student Advocacy Service Award and served as an editor for the Currents Journal of International Economic Law. Her tenacity and skills gained in law school aid her in fight for her clients in the courtroom.
