Jordan Roberts
Attorney
Jordan Roberts has been an Of Counsel member with Shrader and Associates, LLP since 2010. He has been practicing law and securing results for his clients for well over a decade. Jordan is well versed in what it takes to go toe to toe with big corporations that prioritize profits over the rights and safety of their employees. He is a dedicated advocate for justice, who doesn’t stop fighting until his clients have gotten everything they deserve. He focuses his practice on mesothelioma and asbestos exposure litigation and has significant experience in mass torts.
Not only is Jordan a fierce litigator, he is also an individual with great compassion for the people whose cases he takes on. He believes it is vital to know his client’s story so he can fully understand their goals and find the best way to accomplish them. It is important to Jordan that his work not only secures results for his clients but also provides them with a voice and a sense of agency. The effectiveness of his compassion is evident not only in the reviews of satisfied clients but also in the nearly one billion dollars that Jordan has won for his clients and their families throughout the years. His impressive record has gained him entry into the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a forum exclusive to those who have secured multi-million-dollar outcomes for their clients.
Jordan is licensed to practice in Texas, as well as in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in 2007, graduating magna cum laude. He went on to receive his law degree from South Texas College of law in 2007, graduating cum laude.
Jordan is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Houston Young Law Association, among other organizations. These connections enable him to provide his clients with quality and up to date services. His work in the legal industry has garnered much attention as he was selected by his peers for inclusion in the Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2024, was named in the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 list in 2018, and was included in the American Bar Association’s Top 40 Young Lawyers list in 2017. He was also invited to speak on his experiences with asbestos litigation by the American Association for Justice in 2012.
