Evaluate full-dose cisplatin and pemetrexed combined with the maximum tolerated dose of CBP501 in previously untreated malignant pleural mesothelioma patients, or those whose tumor is inoperable.

Evaluate the response rate of the patient population to the drug Milataxel, which may be effective in the treatment of malignant mesothelioma patients whose disease returned or progressed after chemotherapy.
